From our Instagram

The truck, the shop and the food, as we post them. More on @viet.ttruck.

  • Our bright green VietTruck food truck parked on the grass, menu panels down the side and the serving window open
  • Our combination vermicelli bowl and an iced drink on the lime-green table, with a bamboo board and chopsticks
  • Bread dipped into Mum's special Vietnamese chicken curry, with potato and carrot, on our green table
  • A combination vermicelli bowl with spring rolls, grilled pork, peanuts and spring onion, held up at the truck at the markets
  • Two of our catering bowls held up at the truck: grilled beef with spring rolls, sugarcane prawn and spring onion
  • Close up of a vermicelli bowl: crisp spring roll, crushed peanuts, spring onion and pickled carrot over bean sprouts
  • Our shop in Fairfield West Plaza under the lime-green VietTruck sign, with people eating at the tables
  • Inside the shop: the counter and menu boards, and a full room of people eating at the green tables
  • Our team behind a long table of food, serving a free community lunch
